Our tartare sauce is all that is needed to transport fish from newspaper to plate.
INGREDIENTS: rapeseed oil, water, gherkins (5%), capers (4%), pasteurised free range egg yolk powder, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), lemon juice (1.6%), salt, parsley (0.2%), dill (0.1%), white pepper. Allergens in bold.
