Delicately flecked with basil and sun dried tomatoes to give an elegant, all-purpose mayonnaise.
INGREDIENTS: rapeseed oil, water, sundried tomatoes (4%) (sundried tomatoes, sunflower oil, white wine vinegar, salt, capers, mint, citric acid (acidifier) & ascorbic acid (antoxidant)), pasteurised free range egg yolk powder (4%), white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, spirit vinegar, salt), lemon juice, salt, basil (0.1%), white pepper.
