10 minutes preparation time
100g white crabmeat
1tbsp Le Mesuriers Classic Mayonnaise
1tsp Le Mesuriers Dijon Mustard
Salt and pepper to season
Handful of fresh basil leaves, shredded
1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped
2 ripe avocados
1- To make the crab mix, flake the crab meat into a small bowl and mix with Le Mesuriers Classic Mayonnaise and Le Mesuriers Dijon Mustard, then season to taste. Add the basil and chilli and stir again.
2- To serve, halve and stone the avocados. Fill each cavity with a quarter of the crab mix and eat with teaspoons.
