Honey Mustard Sausages
5 minutes preparation time
500g cocktail sausages
2tbsp olive oil (or 4tbsp water if using the oven)
1tbsp Le Mesuriers Chilli Mustard
Le Mesuriers Classic Mayonnaise to dip
1- Mix the honey, oil (or water) and the Le Mesuriers Chilli Mustard in a bowl.
2- Fire up the BBQ and place the sausages on the grills, or preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 and lay the sausages in a single layer in the bottom of a roasting tin.
3- Baste the sausages on the BBQ with the honey mustard mix, turning frequently or pour over the honey and water and roast in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, turning or shaking the tin during the cooking time.
4- When the sausages are sticky and browned all over, pile onto a platter and serve with a jar of Le Mesuriers Classic Mayonnaise to dip.
