Pork & Apple Burgers


10 minutes preparation

Serves 4
600g minced pork
1 small onion, very finely chopped
1 small apple, grated
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper to season
2tbsp groundnut oil
4 burger buns
2tbsp Le Mesuriers Sun Dried Tomato & Basil Mayonnaise



1- Mix together the pork, onion, apple, garlic, cumin and seasoning with your hands and form into four patties.
2- Lightly cover the patties in the oil and place them directly on the BBQ grill for five to six minutes on each side.
3- Lightly toast the buns and spread each side with Le Mesuriers Sun Dried Tomato & Basil Mayonnaise . Place the burger on top and sandwich together
before serving.
